- Login to Cosmic ERP

- Once logged in, locate and click on the Accounting System from the main menu.
- Access Sales
- In the Accounting System, find and click on the ‘Sales’ option.
- Select Credit Note
- Click on the ‘Credit Note’ option within the Sales section.
- Create New Credit Note
- Click on the create button (represented by a ‘+’ icon) to initiate the creation of a new credit note.
