- Branch: Ensure branches are set up in the system.
Steps to Create a Trainer in Cosmic HRM #
- Login to Cosmic ERP
- Enter your username and password to access the Cosmic ERP dashboard.
- Navigate to HRM System
- In the main menu, click on ‘HRM System’.
- Access Training Setup
- Click on ‘Training setup’ from the HRM System menu.
- Go to Trainer
- Click on ‘Trainer’ to view the trainer dashboard.
- Initiate Trainer Creation
- Click on the ‘Create’ button (denoted by a ‘+’ icon).
- Fill in Trainer Details
- Branch: Select the branch where the trainer is based.
- First and Last Name: Enter the trainer’s first and last name.
