Steps to Create Sources #

  1. Login to Cosmic ERP
    • Enter your credentials and click the login button.

    • In the CRM module, find and click on ‘CRM System Setup’.
  4. Navigate to Sources
    • Within CRM System Setup, click on ‘Sources’.

    • Click on ‘create’ to start creating a new source.
  6. Enter Source Details
    • Source Name: Provide a name for the source to reflect its origin, e.g., ‘Website’, ‘Referral’, ‘Social Media’.
