Steps to Create Sources #
- Login to Cosmic ERP
- Enter your credentials and click the login button.
- Navigate to CRM System
- Once logged in, locate and click on ‘CRM System’ from the main menu.
- Access CRM System Setup
- In the CRM module, find and click on ‘CRM System Setup’.
- Navigate to Sources
- Within CRM System Setup, click on ‘Sources’.
- Initiate Source Creation
- Click on ‘create’ to start creating a new source.
- Enter Source Details
- Source Name: Provide a name for the source to reflect its origin, e.g., ‘Website’, ‘Referral’, ‘Social Media’.
- Save the New Source
