Steps to Create an Appraisal #
- Login to Cosmic ERP
- Enter your username and password to access the Cosmic ERP dashboard.
- Navigate to HRM System
- In the main menu, click on ‘HRM System’.
- Access Performance Setup
- Within the HRM module, click on ‘Performance Setup’.
- Select Appraisal
- Click on ‘Appraisal’ under the Performance Setup section.
- Click on Create (‘+’ icon)
- Click the ‘+’ icon to create a new appraisal.
- Select Branch
