    • Enter your username and password to access the Cosmic ERP dashboard.
  2. Navigate to HRM System
    • In the main menu, click on ‘HRM System’.
  3. Access Performance Setup
    • Within the HRM module, click on ‘Performance Setup’.
  4. Select Appraisal
    • Click on ‘Appraisal’ under the Performance Setup section.
  5. Click on Create (‘+’ icon)
    • Click the ‘+’ icon to create a new appraisal.
  6. Select Branch
    • Choose the appropriate branch from the dropdown menu.
  7. Select Employee
    • Choose the employee for whom the appraisal is being created.
  8. Select Month
    • Choose the month for the appraisal period from the dropdown menu.
  9. Click on Create
